Wall Murals: Choose Your Material

At Chiqago, we exclusively use Non-Woven (Interlining) fleece materials. Unlike traditional paper wallpaper, non-woven bases do not stretch or shrink when wet, ensuring a perfect fit every time.

1. Chiqago Standard Non-Woven

Our Standard material is an excellent choice for living rooms and bedrooms. It is a semi-matte fleece material that effectively conceals minor wall imperfections. The material is breathable, which helps prevent moisture buildup behind the paper.

Weight: ~120 g/m²
Application: Paste the wall (easiest method).
Finish: Semi-matte, smooth surface.

2. Chiqago Premium Heavyweight

Recommended

For high-traffic areas (like hallways, kitchens, or offices) or for walls that are not perfectly smooth, we recommend the Premium quality. This material is significantly thicker and more robust.

✓ Enhanced Durability: Resistant to minor scratches and easier to handle during installation.
✓ Higher Opacity: The thicker material hides wall discoloration and cracks better than the standard version.
✓ Re-positionable: You have more time to slide the paper into the perfect position before the glue sets.
